That which can change VIOLENCE
Headlines would state a shooting in Baton Rouge, in Orlando, in Dallas. An attack in Nice, a bomb attack in Baghdad, Turkey, Brussels. And the agony goes on every day in almost everywhere, every moment and maybe even in the confines of our own homes. Is this what we've become? The solution for some is to fight fire with fire but for others, it’s the most challenging, that of which to conquer oneself. Christianity would encourage doing for others what you want them to do for you which is the meaning of loving your neighbor as you love yourself. As Martin Luther King, Jr. would say, "Love is the only force capable of transforming an enemy into friend". Let us make that change.
